As a CRS Designee, Dave has completed advanced training in residential real estate and has a proven record required for a CRS broker. Less than 4% of all licensed brokers in the U.S. can call themselves a CRS Designee. All CRS brokers must abide by its strict code of ethics to remain in this elite group of brokers.
